Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all cat-themed accessories and tags are included to avoid restocking fees.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
